Nice place to visit Dublin 😀 - Clean, modern, with the airport pick-up. The staff helps you to exchange coins to use in the bus.

Ich habe bei der Buchung Ihres Hotels alles richtig gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. 😀 - Zimmer war perfekt , die Aussicht eher schlecht, da wir aber nur eine Nacht bei Ihnen waren , war es kein Problem , für längere Zeit hätte ich tauschen wollen. Das Frühstück war mega gut, reichhaltig ohne Wünsche . Das Abendesser perfekt und Ihre ungarische kellnerin super nett. 😀 - The hotel and staff were well presented.

The entire staff including reception, lounge, and restaurant staff were professional and friendly. The room was a good size and the beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with a large shower and good amenities....

The down side is no water in the room, rather communal tap or trough that you fill your bottle with and this was on the top floor (frequent traveler room)... All in the name of sustainability, which is nonsense, it's to save money. It was this lie that infuriated me.

Fantastic Staff 😀 - Excellent location. Close to a bus stop with frequent services that connect directly to Dublin city center. I have traveled to 18 countries so far, and the lady who assisted us throughout our stay was the most attentive we have ever encountered. She explained everything about the city and the bus connections, gave us a city map and a bus schedule with routes and timetables. She was extremely attentive during both check-in and check-out. She also recommended tourist attractions and other cities in Ireland that we should visit on our next trip to the country. We will definitely return!

Nice and easy to get on the free shuttle service to the terminal

In het Crown Plaza gestrand nadat ik mijn vlucht naar Las Vegas had gemist door vertragingen. Het personeel in dit hotel is heel erg vriendelijk. Ze helpen je overal graag mee en nemen de tijd voor je. De kamer was heel netjes en uitgerust met koffie en thee wat ikzelf heel fijn vind. Het ontbijt was werkelijk heerlijk en veel keus. Het hotel ligt niet in het centrum. Ik ben met een Uber de stad ingeweest dat is heel goed te doen. Er stopt ook een bus dichtbij het hotel. De hop on hop of bus is een aanrader als je in jet centrum bent. Leuk dat ze geen bandje afdraaiden maar zelf vertelden. Zo zie je heel veel. Ik ben nog naar Guinness geweest en naar de universiteit met de oude bibliotheek. Beiden zeer leuk om te doen. Verder daar wat rondgewandeld voor wat meer sightseeing. Zowel Dublin als de Crown Plaza een echte aanrader!
