I’ve been very impressed with the facilities, set-up of the conference and faculty rooms, and with the facilities support which we’ve received. The food and refreshments have been great and our networking dinner was excellent. The daily personalised snacks on tables were a nice touch. As the Event Planning Manager for a large international youth conference, I've had the privilege of working with hotels and conference venues all over the world. I can honestly say that the team at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport has set the gold standard for hospitality.For more than a year leading up to our event in early July 2026, I worked closely with their staff planning every detail of our conference. Despite a six-hour time difference between Dublin and my home in Nashville, Tennessee, communication was consistently prompt, clear, and incredibly thoughtful. Every email was answered with kindness, every question was met with patience, and every challenge was approached with a genuine desire to help us succeed.Once we arrived on-site, the exceptional service only continued. From the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant staff, banquet team, maintenance crew, and upper management, every single person we encountered treated us with warmth, professionalism, and sincere care. I truly cannot think of one staff member who didn't greet us with a smile, offer a kind word, or ask, "What can we do to help?" Throughout our week-long conference, my coworkers and I were never left wondering if we needed anything. It felt like every 30 minutes someone was checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.Water? Tea? Coffee? Biscuits? They appeared within minutes. Need multiple documents printed unexpectedly? "Of course!" A last-minute logistical request? They found a solution.No matter how big or small the request, the answer was never "that's not possible." Instead, it was always, "We'll see what we can do," and somehow, they always made it happen. What impressed me most wasn't simply the efficiency of the staff—it was the heart behind everything they did. They genuinely cared about our event and our attendees. They celebrated our successes, eased our stress, anticipated needs before we even voiced them, and made us feel like partners rather than clients.In event planning, there are countless moving pieces, and having a venue team you can trust is priceless. The Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport became an extension of our own team, and I cannot adequately express how much that meant during such a large event.
