East Wing Meeting Rooms
The East Wing Meeting Rooms are located in the dedicated Conference & Events Centre, on the first floor above the Redwood Suite. There are 11 meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 80 delegates.
All of these private meeting rooms offer individual air conditioning and natural daylight, while the stylish breakout area overlooks the serene Santry Demesne park and lake.

West Wing Meeting Rooms
The 12 meeting rooms in the West Wing of the main hotel are the ideal space for small meetings for up to 60 people or as breakout rooms & team building events for larger conferences. The West Wing meeting rooms are all located on the ground floor and include the Fahrenheit Suite, an ideal setting for private dining for up to 80 people.
The breakout area includes stylish yet comfortable furnishings with a small putting green and a separate outdoor terrace located just outside. This area also features a treats display for morning and afternoon breaks.

Our exceptional venue can be divided into two or three sections with Skyfold partitions in less than 90 seconds. Additional breakout suites can be used for exhibitions, coffee breaks, and evening receptions. The room can be set up in Theatre, U-Shape, Banquet Style, cocktail, or cabaret formats.
We also have meeting rooms and executive boardrooms available for hire for up to 80 delegates. These are on both ground floor and first floor meeting rooms.
