Lovely hotel, Friendly and helpful staff I stay at this hotel regularly for business. It's always clean, beds are comfy and the staff are always so helpful. A big shout out to Kris on reception who's always a breath of fresh air during check in, which is so nice when I'm exhausted from travelling or working all day!

Business trip in luxury From my check in, breakfast, dinner, drinks and gym use for 4 days I was there on business .. incredible service - thank you all so much.
Special mention to Peter in the restaurant who was fun, polite engaging and good fun to chat with. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing service Our family stayed overnight, and this hotel surpassed our expectations. There was a mistake on our booking, but Hrvoje at the front desk was amazing in ratifying the situation and set us up for great stay. Everone were really nice whereever we turned atound, but Irene and Marilyn at breakfast really made us feel like at home. We live in Dublin so this is a staycation, but we will definitely be back thanks to your amazing staff. Also a big plus for having both tub and shower in the room.

Enjoyable I am a regular visitor to the Sanctuary bar.Food is excellent staff are very friendly especially Peter, he is very professional and has a great sense of humour.

Just had dinner in Sanctuary bar with friends, food was lovely but it was the service that made it exceptional. Peter was super helpful and he made sure we were all happy with our meals! Lovely place with great staff! Highly recommend!

Lovely bar staff Our book club meets here every month and Peter in the sanctuary bar is so friendly and welcomes us each time. Wouldn’t be the same without him!

Sanctuary Bar We had a meal and drinks in Sanctuary bar. The service was great and the food was lovely. Special mention to Peter who was so attentive and kept us laughing throughout the evening.

Great experience with staff We ate in the bar and the food was so good but Peter our server was so helpful! He was cheerful, checked in regularly with us and made the whole table laugh! Genuinely made the experience that much better!

Happy with hotel and great service! Great location and staff and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was great - and especially the staff who were serving this morning - Marilyn and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful - really appreciate the great service from this team!

Enjoyable experience Lovely hotel. Stayed for one night and had food. The food was lovely. Peter really looked after us in the restaurant and made our experience.
