Also please pass on my thanks to Shauna and let her know how helpful she was on Saturday; she was very attentive to all our needs throughout the day and was a calming presence for me when things got a little bit stressful later in the day when trying to connect with our final speaker of the day over Zoom!     The ball was fantastic, thank you so much for all the organising yourself and the team did - the ISCG menus and table decorations were a lovely surprise! Shauna was a huge help in all the last-minute things too like getting microphones set up for speeches.     We held the FEWN event for LEO Fingal at the Crowne Plaza in Blanchardstown. Our experience from the get-go was top class. Kim was absolutely amazing to deal with. Nothing was a problem. We felt we were in very safe hands after that very first meeting. The room, the set-up, the extra touches at the beginning with the stunning mince pie stands & vit hit carts. The Christmas decorations. All the staff were so accommodating. Printing lots of extras at last minute. Shauna was also fantastic on the day. Her attention to detail was superb. The standard of food was first class - so huge compliments to the chef!! Lunch was absolutely delicious and the feedback from all attendees is a 5 !! Excellent!!! So, thank you. The staff everywhere were incredibly attentive at all times. I’ve already recommended the hotel & the team to colleagues. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Thank you.     We stayed on two nights in this hotel, exceedingly good and the staff make this such an enjoyable experience. I don’t remember all the names of the staff and managers but each and every person was professional in their duties. It was a company function, there was a lot of things happening, lots of last-minute arrangements, but each and every request was done without complaint, without problems, and made it such a huge success. Apologies that I don’t mention any names, Vanessa checked us out and the smile was a lovely added extra on a morning before heading off after a class leading breakfast!
