Awesome hotel with great full service breakfast (buffet and a few made to order items). Convenient 24/7 free airport shuttle that runs every 30 mins. I checked in at 1am on Aug 20 and the front desk person was so kind. Seeing that I was tired, he offered me a drink and asked if I wanted help to carry my bag to the room. Great customer service is hard to get at 1am so I truly appreciate this gentleman’s kindness and gesture. Very happy with the large rooms!

A Fabulous Hotel stay!!!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dublin! We were initially supposed to check in at 4 PM, but to our delight, the hotel found us a room as early as 11 AM, which was fabulous and really helped us make the most of our day.
Breakfast was more than adequate, with a great variety of options. From make-your-own waffles and pancakes to cereals, bread, bacon, sausages, eggs, and beans, there was something for everyone. The tea, coffee, and juice selections were plentiful too. I was also impressed by how beautifully the tables were set – it added a nice touch to the whole experience.
The staff were a highlight of our stay, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always approachable. We felt warmly welcomed everywhere we went.
Our room was located on the first floor and had everything we needed, including a full set of toiletries. The standout feature for us was the bed and pillows – they were incredibly comfortable and gave us some of the best sleep we’ve had in a hotel.
One of the added conveniences was the free airport shuttle service. It made our arrival stress-free, and the short bus ride from the hotel to the city center, which was just a 5-7 minute walk to the stop, was perfect for sightseeing.
Overall, Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin provided us with a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms we nice, but the mattress was not the greatest - felt like I was rolling off. However, the breakfast was amazing! Probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

Really pleasant hotel, very friendly reception, bar and cleaning staff. The hotel is brilliantly located for getting onto motorways and visiting areas outside Dublin - which is mostly what we were there for. Didn't eat her, but there is a VERY well stocked bar and we certainly did sample some drinks!!

Stayed here for an early flight out of Dublin. For proximity to the airport it was great and convenient. Decor was a bit tired, I would have appreciated help with the luggage upon arriving, and parking is inconvenient. Staff at the restaurant was excellent.

We stayed for one night after one of us had a 10-hour-flight. The airport shuttle went reliably every 30 minutes between the hotel and the airport. Look for the black/dark grey bus in Coach Lot 16 as of this writing. …

This is likely one of the best airport hotel's I have ever stayed in. The staff were all incredible. So friendly amazing customer service. We loved the happy hour and breakfast in the Club Lounge and had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. I am quite picky when it comes to hotel and we loved it so much. I would book again without hesitation. Consistent excellent customer service - you should be proud of this hotel and your team!
